Using AI to Create Courses in Corporate Environments
This example demonstrates how I created a course using AI tools and technology to assist in analysis, design, development, and evaluation. I leveraged AI-enabled tools to synthesize information, accelerate content development, and enhance clarity for a physician-focused audience. The project also demonstrates my abilities to use AI video generation to create instructional content.

Scenario Based Learning in Financial Literacy
As a freelance instructional designer for Blue Sky eLearn, I partnered with the Foundation for Financial Wellness to simulate realistic financial scenarios which helped people plan for retirement. Rather than teaching retirement concepts in isolation, this course simulates how retirement decisions actually unfold. Learners test strategies related to income timing, debt management, investment risk, and tax considerations.

The goal is not to arrive at a single "correct" answer, but to build judgment. This helps them recognize tradeoffs, anticipate downstream impacts, and make more sustainable retirement decisions before engaging in one-to-one coaching.
Enterprise Learning Management Strategy for Salesforce-Based Contracting Program
As an instructional designer at Optum, I led a multi-year learning management initiative supporting the enterprise deployment of a Salesforce-based contracting system within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This required close collaboration with cross-functional Subject Matter Experts in contracting, legal, compliance, and operations. This partnership focused on aligning learning strategy with organizational performance goals and change management priorities.
I designed a scalable, role-based learning ecosystem that combined interactive software simulations, scenario-driven eLearning, targeted instructional videos, and performance-support job aids.
The program enabled effective system adoption across multiple user cohorts and established a sustainable learning model later leveraged for additional enterprise technology implementations.
Exploring Accessibility in Design- Clean Company
As a freelance instructional designer for Blue Sky eLearn, I partnered with a national custodial association to develop an eLearning module focused on effective restroom and bathroom cleaning practices.
This course demonstrates my ability to tailor learning experiences to diverse audiences by incorporating accessibility features such as voiceover narration, closed captions, and interactive elements.

The primary objective of this module is to showcase my proficiency in using Articulate to design engaging, interactive, and accessible learning experiences that support both skill development and learner engagement.
Exploring Vyond and Articulate
This learning module highlights my work as a freelance instructional designer, partnering with a small insurance company to create an engaging and cost-effective eLearning course. Using Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond, I developed a training that balanced instructional quality with budget constraints.
While proprietary content and voiceovers have been removed from this example, it showcases my ability to use Vyond animations to enhance learner engagement and deliver professional-grade training within a modest budget.
